Time management

Hello again.

Introduction to matter 1 and 2
It has been long time since I wrote online here. This time it will be of another reason. That reason will be in the area of psychology and it includes time managment. This is interessting for people who wants to know what they can do to solve their issues in life regarding to how to look at time and how to plan for the day. It also includes the matter of sleeping to much in the context of what you want or think. For example you set the time on your clock at 8AM but you wake up at 12AM or 3PM and in bad cases 5PM. In other words sleeping more than you want to.

In my whole life I am and having arrived to school, to work and to other related matters in the exact time and sometimes it has resulted in me being late. I like to change that but matters are it is very hard.


What to do
What I did one time was to say to myself to get away 10 minutes earlier so to be able to drive calmly to work and not like a madman on the gas-lever and brakes. It will in time save me a few years of my expected life time. Driving to work is the same as to remove a few years of the expected life time. So driving calmy would in theory lesser the effect and help you take control of your day.

Do tell yourself and other people. As many as you can how your life is and what you problem is and even so in a blog so that maybe you could get a respone of people that can help you if you can't get advice from people close to you. If you are like me you are not airing out your problems publicly or you don't have anyone you can talk you.
