When I wrote about matter 1 and 2 I didn't understand why. Now I do undertand, its crystal clear, because you can't go to sleep 3-4 hours if your wish is to wake up so shortly. You will sleep in longer and you will fail your wish.
Simply put: If your wish is to wake up early in the morning then you should sleep in early.
You should sleep in earlier to wake up earlier.
Easy, as it should be.
